What is the lead time?
We cut all items to order and usually dispatch, from receipt of payment, the same or following day. Occasionally our stock levels can be low, and items take a bit longer. However, if the lead time will be more than a week we will call or send an email to inform you.

Can I have a credit account?
Limited credit accounts can be requested by repeat customers. Our terms are 30 days and credit limits are on a case-by-case basis. We would usually require a minimum of 2 orders before setting up a credit account. We reserve the right to withdraw credit accounts due to payment issues.

Which material do I need?
Our materials can broadly be split into two categories. Solid rubber and Sponge rubber.
Sponge rubber is cheaper and has greater compressibility. Solid rubber is more durable and can bear more weight.
